The Retriev-R-Trainer Launcher is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of THREE YEARS from the date of purchase.
The Lucky Launcher II is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of THREE YEARS from the date of purchase.
The Versa-Launch Remote Launcher is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
Launcher Dummies are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Dogs must be taught to ‘soft mouth’ all dummies. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO PUNCTURE DUMMIES WITH THEIR TEETH OR CRUSH THE DUMMY, this will compromise the integrity of the product.
We, Specialty Products Co., do not affiliate or endorse any other company that uses our launchers or accessories as part of their products. If our RRT hand held launcher or any of our products are used with any other manufactures product or if our products are modified in any way the person who modified the launcher and the user of the product are fully responsible and liable for any injury or death that may occur. All warranties of our products are void if our products are modified, used with another manufactures products, or used in a way other than what is recommended by the manufacture.
